SVD Scan- Digital Questionnaires for Business Research "Welfare, Productivity & Culture"
During a company study, we collect data from employees about their age, department, job category, gender, level of education. Sometimes the name of the manager is requested or, in exceptional cases, their own name. The e-mail address is also used to invite the person. This data is used to make analyzes at group level, on the basis of which we can advise on organizational improvement actions around "well-being and productivity" and optimal organizational culture.
As a respondent, you always have the right to request a report of your individual answers viasharon@houseofvitality.be, or to request that his/her data be removed from our database.

At no time does the organization gain insight into results that can be traced back to individual answers. To ensure confidentiality, analyzes based on group information are only released from teams or departments of 15 people. Only Tamepa Comm. V., being Sharon Vandousselaere and her partners, have access to the data for analysis and advice of the organization that calls upon it. External partners are called in if their research expertise is necessary for the analysis and advice.

The data is kept for an indefinite period and is kept anonymously in a broader database, with respect for the GDPR, by Tamepa Comm.V., Sharon Vandousselaere or her partners. This database is used for scientific studies on the drivers and critical elements of "Wellness, Productivity & Culture". With this, we want to use a large dataset across business sectors to determine which individual and organizational factors influence resilience the most. We then distribute this information by means of books, lectures, training courses, advice with organisations, managers and colleagues in order to contribute to healthy companies.

Retention period personal data

We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data: We store name and address details for 7 years, because every entrepreneur is legally obliged to keep his administration for 7 years (fiscal retention obligation). We also keep data from the consultations and coaching sessions for 7 years, so that we can refer to previous approaches and results in follow-up sessions.
