Who are we?

Mission & vision

House of Vitality offers CEOs and managers the tools which enable open and transparant communication in their organisation, which in turn enable better results, higher productivity and less stress.

The changemakers among the CEOs and managers can make the balance between wellbeing and productivity their key to succes, both on a personal and organisational level.

Sharon Vandousselaere

Masters in Business Psychology and Advanced Masters in

Business Economics, Dutch/English

  • Founder, Research Project Manager & Personal Energy Management trainer.

  • More than 12 years’ experience in company research, well-being training and coaching at Villeroy & Boch, BMW Group Belux, Unilever, Antwerp Management School and UGent (Ghent University), among others.

  • Founded De Zinhoeve in 2014 as a team building & training location for “well-being at work” activities

  • Author of the books “Personal leadership. More productivity in six steps with Personal Energy Management” and “Inner peace in a busy life”.

  • Developed the SVD scan© “Well-being and productivity”.

  • Started her career as a scientific researcher in the field of service management & service climate in manufacturing firms (UGent)

  • Previously ran a VDAB-recognized career centre "Inner Glow" where she guided female entrepreneurs towards more work-life balance.

  • Extensive experience with stress, burnout and career coaching and as a teacher in body-mind stress reduction techniques ‘yoga’ and ‘mindfulness’.

  • Consulting and coaching for managers and business owners on stressmanagement and work-life balance
